In the NSFW trailer for DC Universe’s Harley Quinn, the titular villain (voiced by Kaley Cuoco) comes to a scary realization: the Joker (Alan Tudyk) will never love anyone more than he does Batman.
Therefore, she’ll finally break things off to find her own identity, recruit some villainous sidekicks, and prove she’s worthy to join the Legion Of Doom on her own.
Set to Aretha Franklin’s “Think,” the trailer embodies all that’s to come, including bloody beatings, profane language and female independence as Harley Quinn strives to make a name for herself post-Joker.
The voice cast also features Diedrich Bader as Batman, Jim Rash as Riddler, Ron Funches as King Shark, Christopher Meloni as Commissioner Gordon, Tony Hale as Dr. Psycho, Sanaa Lathan as Catwoman, and Giancarlo Esposito as Lex Luthor.
Harley Quinn premieres Nov. 29 on DC Universe.
