Los Angeles-based global entertainment marketing association Promax on Thursday unveiled the finalists for the 2020 Promax Games Awards, which honor excellence in marketing and design across the video gaming industry.
Competitive categories include Best Overall Advertising Campaign, Best Marketing Campaign of the Year Core Games, and Best Marketing Campaign of the Year All Inclusive.
Leading the finalists were Buddha Jones, gnet agency, Hammer Creative, Omelet, Petrol Advertising on the agency side and EA, Microsoft, Private Division, Square Enix and Ubisoft on the publisher side.
Winners will be announced at Promax’s virtual awards celebration on Dec. 9, which will also include the ceremonies for North America, North America Station, Movies Made for Theater and Spark Awards. Global Excellence awards will be handed out at a virtual ceremony on Dec. 16.
