In celebration of its well-established 31 Nights of Halloween, Freeform has opened the ghoulish gates for its second annual Halloween House.

The haunted house—hosted at the Hollywood Athletic Club—brings the worlds of Tim Burton’s Nightmare Before Christmas, Hocus Pocus, The Addams Family, and more to life through interactive experiences and over 25 memorable photo and boomerang opportunities.

After stepping through the pumpkin tree portal from Tim Burton’s Nightmare Before Christmas, guests can pose in front of the spiral hill, be entrapped in the Sanderson sisters’ old-fashioned cottage, light the Black Flame candle, “gamble” in Oogie Boogie’s sinister lair and more throughout the two-story immersive experience.

There’s also plenty of games and activities, such as a photobooth (with an unexpected surprise) and a game of cornhole, all presented by Party City, Butterfingers and Hulu.

Attendees will walk away with spooky mementos—everything from a dismembered toy finger to a costume accessory—and a new memory as part of this year’s spooky season.

It also serves to support the network’s Halloween programming slate, which also launched on Oct. 1. The jam-packed lineup features everything from Scream to Scooby-Doo and the beloved classic Hocus Pocus, which airs a whopping 30 times this year on Freeform.

The network is also launching its first-ever 31 Nights of Halloween Fan Fest—a 90-minute special that pays tribute to the aforementioned films, in addition to celebrating the 35th anniversary of Ghostbusters and the 50th anniversary of The Haunted Mansion.

Hosted by Vanessa Hudgens and Jordan Fisher, the broadcast will feature appearances by Ghostbusters director Ivan Reitman and Hocus Pocus‘ Omri Katz, Vinessa Shaw, Doug Jones, Larry Bagby and Tobias Jelenik. It’ll also air performances by Christina Aguilera, Kristin Chenoweth and JD McCreary, In Real Life, Salt-N-Pepa and Ray Parker Jr.

Freeform released the below teaser for the special, which airs Saturday, Oct. 5.
