Sterling, Cooper and Partners has sent, via Elisabeth Moss’s Peggy Olson, an official press release this week touting its new name and new logo for Sterling Cooper & Partners (very 1960s, very orange).
Many in the ad world like to see the ‘Mad Men’ world as a real one, and AMC is playing right into that, with Facebook releases and updates to the ever-changing ad agency. This Sunday night, a formal press release went out shortly after the episode announcing the new ad agency brand and newly designed orange logo.

Brief Take: Great marketing is great content. This ploy shows that adage applies even at the smallest of scales.
