Fox has unveiled the first promo for its newly acquired wrestling franchise, WWE’s SmackDown Live.
The cheeky spot proves that “we are all superstars” by showing ordinary people—like a restaurant waiter, construction worker and spelling bee champion—mimicking iconic wrestling moves. It also compiles footage from past matches, featuring John Cena, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and more.
The spot is a part of a larger campaign that will continue to set the stage for the live show’s Oct. 4 premiere on Fox. Additionally, the franchise will see a name change to Friday Night SmackDown.
