WGN America teamed with Open Road Entertainment to create this 3D spot for season two of Underground, the cable network’s series about a group of series who plan a daring escape.

Open Road drew inspiration from the series’ first season to create an entirely graphical, immersive environment. Within a highly stylized backdrop, elements and characters from the show are rotoscoped and layered into each scene, guiding the narrative while grounding the piece in the world of Underground.

Season two debuts on WGN America on Wednesday, March 8 at 10/9 c.
