To promote its six-episode summer competition series, Making It, NBC took a creative brief to a few agencies, asking them to craft something in tone with the show.

Mosomos Industries won the bid with this magical stop-motion animated video introducing viewers to the new show from Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman.

Each week, Making It will challenge players to complete two projects with the goal of impressing a panel of judges that includes Offerman, Poehler, Dayna Isom Johnson and PromaxBDA 2018 keynote speaker Simon Doonan.

Each show will revolve around a central theme that draws inspiration from popular nationwide trends in crafting and DIY. The first round will force contestants to think fast and create even faster, while the second round, known as the “master-craft collection,” will present players with a one-of-a-kind themed challenge.

Making It premieres on NBC on Tuesday, July 31 at 10 p.m. ET/9 p.m. CT.
