Finalists are determined via two rounds of voting. The first round determines all finalists across categories. Category winners are determined by jury vote. Each winning entry is assigned a number of points—three for gold, two for silver and one for bronze. (Bronze is only awarded in the North America and Global Excellence competitions.) Those points are tabulated to determine the six finalists in both categories—Creative Marketing Team of the Year and Agency of the Year.
Those finalists then advance to the Grand Jury, which will review all of the work submitted across the competition by each team.
Winners of the 2021 North America Awards will be announced on Thursday, Aug. 26 at 6 p.m. ET/3 pm P.T., via a virtual awards show. Sign up here to register.
