Los Angeles-based Alibi has released six new albums of production music geared toward non-fiction programming, such as lifestyle programming, reality TV, competition series and documentaries.
The albums include:
Lifestyle Pop – 12 tracks and 470 audio files of TV-friendly cues that would fit well with light fare such as romance-based reality TV series, travel and holiday programming.
Upbeat Club – 9 tracks and 331 audio files of punchy hip-hop tracks that can be paired with urban-flavored reality TV and documentaries.
Organic Crime Underscores – 16 tracks and 490 audio files of tension-building yet understated cues intended to accompany true-crime productions, creating a sense of foreboding and mystery.
Minimal Crime Underscores – 10 tracks and 272 audio files that can accompany even more true-crime productions and particularly documentaries and ripped-from-the-headlines stories.
Americana Tension – 19 tracks and 682 audio files of suspenseful cues that also ring of Americana and would fit well with Middle America true-crime stories.
World Adventure – 11 tracks and 464 audio files of orchestral-based tracks that travel well, using sounds and instrumentation from around the globe, evoking far-off lands, travel, adventure, exploration and discovery for travel and nature programming.
Alibi’s original production music has been used in reality TV and factual content such as NBC’s American Song Contest, Discovery’s Mysterious Creatures with Forrest Galante, TBS’ Go-Big Show, Discovery Plus’ Million Dollar Wheels, Netflix’s Formula 1: Drive to Survive and National Geography’s Locked Up Abroad.
