Creative Director Joshua Smith has signed with creative company Alkemy X for non-exclusive representation in the U.S., the company said Monday.
Smith leads design collective Smitten and has more than a decade of experience as a creative director and CG/motion-design artist. He has designed main-title sequences, logos and promo packages for such studios, networks and streaming services as Epic, Fox, FX, HBO, Nat Geo, Netflix and YouTube, including the Emmy-nominated main titles for Netflix’s Narcos.
“We are thrilled to be representing Josh and have been fans of his work since we were first introduced. Josh and his team elevate any project they work on and they are constantly pushing creative boundaries through new techniques and technology, which is exciting for us and our clients. We look forward to pushing creative boundaries together,” said Alkemy X Executive Producer Suzanne Fallon.
Alkemy X and Smith already have a number of projects in production, including the title design sequence for HBO’s Black Lady Comedy Sketch Show as well as upcoming work on CBS’ Evil.
