Celebrating all things Huluween, Hulu collaborated with We Are Royale (WAR) to create this year’s batch of idents, which warn viewers to “beware the green light.”

The teams imagined three scenarios for the quick idents – an alien abduction, the creation of a Frankenstein monster and a creepy motel.

“The We Are Royale team were great partners to work with, and injected this year’s Huluween IDs with a shock of green fun,” said Reid Thompson, vice president, design, Hulu Creative, in a statement.

“The collaboration between the Hulu Creative team and ours was in the spirit of experimentation, capitalizing on the fun and excitement of Huluween,” added WAR Chief Creative Officer Brien Holman. “We brought that not only through the Hulu IDs and toolkits, but also through treatments across promos, unifying everything together under Huluween’s electric green.”

The package ran across Hulu and its Huluween vertical as well as on Hulu’s social platforms.
