What’s the secret word of the day? Turkey!

IFC teamed with Amsterdam-based Dutch Toast for this series of Pee-wee-themed promos in advance of Thanksgiving, when IFC will be running a marathon of Pee-wee’s Playhouse leading into Christmas at Pee-wee’s Playhouse later that evening.

Below, Herman asks viewers “do you remember?”“Hell yeah!” is, of course, the answer.

In a similar vein, Herman uses his famous featured “word of the day” segment to relay a promotional message in the spot below.

And then on Thanksgiving, Pee-wee Herman himself will take over IFC’s twitter feed to live-tweet the network’s Pee-wee’s Playhouse Christmas Special starting at 6:12 p.m. ET.

It’s all in advance of the show returning to its old home of Saturday mornings, starting Saturday, Nov. 24, on IFC.
