Could you summarize your session in 5 words? Building a brand from the inside out.

How do you watch television content? TV in living room, laptop, Kindle Fire.

What do you think is the most important trait of a leader? Charisma and empathy.

What is your greatest career achievement so far? Seeing the revised Univision architecture we developed coming to life in the marketplace.

What one piece of advice would you give to an up-and-comer in this industry? Do not be discouraged by bureaucracy or a minor setback. In the long run it will not hinder your overall success. This is a tough industry to navigate and small failures will only make your accomplishments sweeter!

How did you get your start in this industry? I started working as a program manager at Wolff Olins in 2007.
