Thatgamecompany’s ethereal video game Sky: Children of the Light released last month on the Nintendo Switch gaming platform and to celebrate the launch, Madrid-based Illusorium Studios teamed with Los Angeles-based director Evan Viera.

The open-world social adventure game first debuted on iOS on July 18, 2019 and then on Android on April 7, 2020, and only became available on Nintendo Switch at the end of last month. Concurrent with that release is an 11-week collaboration that features internationally beloved character Le Petit Prince (the little prince) and his best friends, a fox and a rose.

The Nintendo Switch launch trailer reveals the civilization that existed hundreds of years before the start of the in-game world, offering players a taste of the game’s backstory and mythology.
