Paul Cartlich has been named vice president and creative director at global creative content and entertainment marketing agency Silk Factory, which has offices in New York, Los Angeles and London.

“Paul is a true creative powerhouse and we couldn’t be happier that he’s decided to come aboard our US business,” said Silk Factory Co-Founders John Piedot and Andy Snook in a statement.

Cartlich joins the award-winning studio after working for the likes of Buddha Jones, Wild Card, Giaronomo Productions and Empire Design. He’s contributed to such series as Prime Video’s The Boys, HBO Max’s Tokyo Vice and Disney Plus’ The Book of Boba Fett and The Mandalorian.

“I have always admired Silk Factory’s work and I am thrilled to join such a fantastic, rapidly growing shop and help build an amazing West Coast team,” added Cartlich, also in a statement.
