2020 should mark a pivotal time in the ongoing transformation of television. Streaming services Disney+ and Apple TV+ launched in late 2019 to join such existing services as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Hulu. Still to come this year are HBO Max, Quibi and Peacock. Promax Digital Editor Kaila-Marie Hardaway joins Promax Editorial Director Paige Albiniak to discuss everything that took place at the Winter 2020 meeting of the Television Critics Association in Pasadena, Calif. Besides the streaming wars, Hardaway and Albiniak also chat about FX on Hulu, which is launching in March with exclusive series Devs and Mrs. America, and about Promax’s first-ever State of Our Marketplace panel.
